Stuart, FL- The prestigious 2025 South Florida PGA (SFPGA) East Coast High School Championship took place September 19-20 at the scenic Willoughby Golf Club in Stuart, Florida, showcasing some of the region’s young high school golf talent. The two-day, 36 hole event featured 123 players (80 boys and 43 girls) representing 25 high school teams from across South Florida.
Raising above the field in the Boys Individual Division was Henry Crowe, a senior standout from Boca Raton Community High School, who clinched the individual title with a two-day total of 1 under par. Crowe’s consistent play, determination, and composure under the pressure earned him top honors in what proved to be a tightly contested championship.
As a senior, this win serves as a significant milestone in his junior golf career and sets a strong foundation as he looks ahead to collegiate competition.

Their success led to an exciting showdown between the two brothers during the round of 16. Demonstrating support and true competitiveness, the Crowe brothers faced off on the course, embodying the spirit of the tournament. In a hard-fought match, older brother Oscar Crowe emerged victorious, showcasing his skill and determination while maintaining the camaraderie that defines their special relationship.
In stroke play, Henry finished 4th with impressive scores of 72 and 65, tying for 4th place. Their performances highlight the talent and dedication of both brothers across different aspects of the competition.

Henry Crowe had a fantastic performance this past weekend at the Gold Coast Junior Golf Foundation 36-hole tournament at Hollybrook Golf and Tennis in Pembroke Pines, FL! He won first place for his age group (15-18) with an impressive two-day score of 13 under par, which included 14 birdies and 1 eagle!
With his first-place win, Henry earned an invitation to the USWING MOJING Junior World Championship at Torrey Pines in San Diego. This is a Junior World Golf Championship attracting 1250 participants from 54 countries and 42 states. Playing in this prestigious event representing the Gold Coast Junior Golf Foundation at Torrey Pines is a wonderful opportunity for Henry.

After the first day of play, Henry was sitting in 4th place, just 2 strokes behind the leader. Henry battled it out on day two to sink a birdie putt on the last hole to secure a second place finish.

Junior Amateur Boys (13-15) Match Play Champion
The 2024 Junior Match Play Championship was hosted at the Streamsong Resort in Bowling Green Florida. Some of Florida’s top junior golfers competed in a two-day stroke play tournament to secure one of the top 16 spots to qualify for the Match Play Championship. Henry Crowe found himself on the cut line going into the 18th hole on the final day of the stroke play tournament. Keeping his nerves calm he sunk a three-foot putt on the 18th to make the cut and qualify for the Match Play.
The first round of matches saw the biggest upset of the Round of 16. The 16th seed, Henry Crowe, defeated the number one seed, Nolan DeForest to advance to the Quarterfinals. In the Quarterfinals, Henry Crowe defeated Evan Booth 4&2 to advance to the semifinals. Crowe closed out his semifinal match with a birdie on the 18th hole and move on to the finals. The final match was a close one between Henry Crowe and Henry Wang. Crowe closed out the match on the 16th hole, 3&2 to become the 2024 Junior Match Play Champion.
